Terms of Use
Last updated: June 24, 2026
Welcome to the National Park Explorer video series at juniorparkexplorer.com. These Terms of Use explain the basic rules for using this website and watching our videos.
This is a family-friendly video project about exploring national parks and nature. The project is created by a young nature enthusiast, with adult help for video editing, running the website, managing accounts and payments, and handling safety, privacy, and legal matters.
By using this website, creating an account, or purchasing access to videos, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. Who may create an account
This website is intended for families and viewers of all ages, especially children around ages 7–12. However, accounts must be created and managed by an adult parent or legal guardian. Children should not create accounts by themselves.
If you create an account, you confirm that you are an adult and that you are creating the account for family use.
2. Video access
Some videos on this website may be available to everyone without an account. Additional videos may be available after creating a free account. Certain videos, seasons, or collections may require a one-time payment. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, a one-time payment gives your family access to the specific videos, season, or collection you purchased as long as those videos are offered through the website.
We hope to keep the videos available for a very long time and will make reasonable efforts to do so. However, we may need to change, remove, replace, reorganize, or discontinue videos or the website in the future.
3. Payments and refunds
Paid video access is sold as a digital product or service. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
Unless we clearly state otherwise at checkout, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been provided, except where required by law or where we decide otherwise in our discretion.
4. Family use and educational use
Your account is for one family or household. You may watch the videos together as a family. Please do not share your login details outside your family or household.
You may also show a video to a group for educational purposes, such as in a classroom, library activity, homeschool group, or similar learning setting, as long as the video is shown directly from this website and is not copied, downloaded, recorded, reposted, or redistributed.
5. What you may not do
Please do not:
- download, copy, or save the videos without permission from us;
- screen-record the videos;
- repost, upload, share, or redistribute the videos or clips from them;
- share your account login credentials outside your family or household;
- use the videos, audio, scripts, characters, images, names, logos, or other content to train or develop artificial intelligence systems;
- create AI-generated copies, mock versions, imitations, or derivative videos based on Junior Park Explorer content;
- attempt to bypass account restrictions, video protections, or payment systems;
- use the website in a way that interferes with the site, other users, or our video hosting, membership, or payment systems.
In short: please enjoy the videos, learn from them, and share the website with others — but do not copy, repost, or recreate the videos.
6. Ownership of content
Unless otherwise stated, the videos, text, images, logos, names, characters, scripts, audio, and other content on this website belong to Junior Park Explorer and/or the content creator.
You are given permission to watch the videos according to these Terms of Use. You are not given ownership of the videos or other website content.
7. Not official National Park Service content
Junior Park Explorer is an independent project. It is not an official website of the National Park Service, any national park, any government agency, or any park partner organization. Names of national parks and other places are used for educational and descriptive purposes.
8. Educational content, not safety advice
The videos are made for general educational and family viewing purposes. They may include facts, opinions, tips, or experiences about parks, nature, travel, animals, trails, history, or places to visit. However, they should not be relied on as safety advice for travel, hiking, camping, wildlife viewing, or outdoor activities.
Conditions in parks can change. Rules, closures, weather, wildlife activity, trail conditions, and safety risks may be different when you visit than what you see in a video. Always check official park information and use adult judgment before traveling, hiking, camping, or exploring.
We try to make the content accurate, but mistakes may happen. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, outdated information, or decisions made based on the videos or website content.
9. Account suspension or removal
We may suspend or remove access to an account if we believe these Terms of Use have been violated, including misuse of videos, account sharing, copying, attempted unauthorized access, or other behavior that harms the project, the website, or other users.
If access is suspended because of a violation of these Terms, payments are not refundable except where required by law.
10. Third-party services
This website may use third-party services to operate the site, host videos, manage memberships, process payments, send emails, protect the site, or understand website usage. These may include services such as WordPress, Hostinger, Paid Memberships Pro, Vimeo, Stripe, and related tools. These services have their own terms and privacy practices.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. If the changes are important, we may also try to notify registered users by email or by posting a notice on the website.
Thank you for supporting Junior Park Explorer. We hope the videos help your family enjoy learning about national parks and nature.
